Our system does not allow to upload your resume from files. The only way to update your resume is to go to your Account area and type (or copy - paste) your resume sections in our fitting text fields.

Every job posted on Expat Jobs is active for 30 days. During those 30 days, it will be live on our website for candidates to search and apply for, as well as being available to appear in Candidate Job Tools. After 30 days the job will become inactive, meaning it will no longer be live.
If after 30 days you want to re-post your job, you can refresh it at any time via your View Jobs page. This will mean your job becomes active for a further 30 days from the time of posting, and will cost you one credit.
Go to your View Jobs page and click the "Inactive Jobs" tab in the table. Then, click "Refresh". Once you confirm the refresh (re-posting), your job will be instantly live on the site for 30 days.
Go to your View Jobs page and click on the applicants number of your job offer then in "Active Jobs" tab in the table. This will display the full list of applicants for the selected job vacancy. Then you can display the detailled resume for each of your job applicants.
Each time you post a job, we will search our database for candidates that our SmartMatch Technology identifies as a good fit for you. If there's a suitable match, we'll email you, making your task of hiring that little bit easier.
You will only receive SmartMatches for candidates whose resumes and details match your job post as closely as possible. If there are no suitable matching candidates we will not send a SmartMatch email.
