As the Accounts Payable Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving invoices from suppliers and entering details into ERP system
• Performing creditor reconciliations for payments (reconciling with statement and system)
• Loading supplier bank details and payment information into EFT system for authorization
• Communicating with suppliers, answering questions and handling issues
• Performing Ad hoc administration duties

Key Qualifications:

• Matriculation
• 3 years or more of experience in creditors and complex creditor reconciliations
• Must have experience in Syspro – Version 6 and upwards
• Must be familiar with other accounting functions
