We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Approval Manager, RCS

Through approving within delegated lending authority, declining against criteria or recommending to line manager.
Maintaining customer data on a robust format; Keeping tracks and periodically reporting trend of good and bad applications (and reasons)
Responding to credit-related enquiries made by sales staffs; Ensuring a fast turnaround time for the approving task.
Coaching staffs for an enhanced performance
Ensure the service standard is met, all external and internal customer’s demand/enquiries on RBWM credit applications are satisfied. All approving task is within the service level agreement.
Remains compliant with and ensures awareness of Audit and Group requirements and other internal guidelines. Ensures strict compliance with government banking regulations. Timely implement internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor Degree
Minimum 5 year experience as Underwriter of retail lending
Ability to work under pressure
Professional qualification in accounting or credit analysis is preferable
