Report to Senior Finance Manager (Accounts Payable) of Accounting Services, the incumbent will support business units in making management decisions and manage various financial accounting functions, in particular Payment Operation & Treasury funtions.

The Job

Make sure all payments are processed properly without fraud.
Provide prompt and professional supports to internal and external customers (peers and vendors) with sound customer service quality.
Monitor and manage the service quality of outsourced service provider
Manage Cash Flow for business in HK and Macau
Review and implement accounting procedures, systems enhancement and internal compliance when appropriate
Participate in ad hoc projects for system enhancement, implementation and business process re-engineering
Work with bank and technical teams for e-banking system enhancement
Liaise with bank for operating bank account issue.
Assist in month-end closing, prepare financial and operation reporting
Staff coaching and development

The Person

University graduate with a degree preferably in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
Student member of HKICPA or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the retail or FMCG industry
Relevant people management experience in shared service environment
Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
PC Proficiency in general MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Experience in SAP, e-payment platforms and system implementation is highly preferred
Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
Able to work independently under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Immediate available is preferred
Willing to travel
