We seek the service of a qualified and experienced person to man the position of Bim Coordinator for the management of BIM delivery on a project as well as the execution plan development to ensure the delivery of a top notch service.

Main responsibilities:

- Managing all aspects of BIM delivery on a project which include BIM execution plan development and implementation of standard and processes.
- Developing highly detailed data rich construction of BIM models to LOD 300-400.
- Generating construction and fabrication drawings from BIM model.
- Leading space coordination and clash resolution with all project participants.
- Setting up detailed vendor specific BIM libraries as well as facilitating the generation of Bills of materials and 5D cost analysis.
- Ensuring the construction of 4D BIM models to facilitate constructability reviews and construction sequencing.
- Laser Scanning Surveys and processing point cloud data.
- Generating existing conditions models in the interest of the company.

Skills and Qualification:

- Expert level skill in BIM software, a certification in BIM software is necessary.
- Expert level skills in the use of Revit 3D, Cadworx and Naviswork are required.
- Site experience and construction knowledge of architectural, mechanical and electrical services.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings for multiple disciplines.
- Good organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in leading meetings, tracking and reporting progress on deliverables.
- Ability to integrate as part of a team to meet the Client Deliverables.
