We seek an American to serve as our Business Developer in our Hong Kong office. This position is an opportunity for you to be successful in Banking business relating with different clients. To succeed in this position, you must be a driver of strategies as well as an individual that can work with a large client base, develope long term relationships with excellent values to our clients’ businesses.

Main responsibilities:

- Play a dual role with the aim of ensuring the development of business with both potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with our consultants who are responsible for the development of networks, arrangement, and attendance of clients’ meetings.
- Ensure the follow-up and review of a better post service.
- Play the role of an Account Manager of our important accounts.
- Work with our HR as well as being the point of escalation of issues to the Senior Managers in the company.
- Drive the development and activeness of our accounts while ensuring the growth of the organizations’ revenue.
- Arrange our clients’ events well and manage all problems that might come up.
- Collaborate with Banking & Finance and IT Banking consultants with the aim of working on our contract business to ensure the maximization of our hospitality with our clients in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

- Experience of business development of a financial industry or individual with a finance background.
- At least five years of experience in a finance industry or recruitment.
- Work experience as an Account Manager or a 360 recruitment consultant.
- Ability to maximize revenue in all of our existing accounts, identify and build relationships with various new and existing clients.
- Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an added advantage.
