We seek an experienced candidate for the role of Business Development Executive, and to take the responsibility of supporting ZINFI Technologies’ clients by organizing appointments with prospective customers and following up on the established appointments to ensure that they hold. The qualified candidate for this job must have a powerful drive and very high self-management. The opportunities to learn quickly and prove ones’ self would be provided, to prove your potential of advancing your career. The candidate would be interacting with the company’s prospects, keeping in touch with these prospects through outbound calls and reach the basic campaign SLA requirements and updating call-logs. The candidate would be reporting to the supervisor and Program manager

Main responsibilities:

- Reaching out from the end-user database and inviting the potential buyers for an arranged conference call on any selected OEM product category or a partnership program
- Having a sound knowledge and the ability to utilize the database of ZINFI
- Making thorough reports into the CRM system on call dispositions
- Arranging appointments between the customer and the interested prospect
- Sending Outlook Invites to prospects that have a bridge number and are interested
- Keeping in touch with every prospect that is registered using a phone call or through email one day to the appointment
- Making phone calls an hour to the appointment to get a high level of attendance
- Keeping in touch with prospects that didn’t make the appointment, and rescheduling a later date and time for them
- Tendering a daily call report on the number of dials, call backs,contracts, etc. to the leader of the team
- Linking the customer directly to the expert on products

Requirements:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound telemarketing
- Proficient,basic computer skills and sound understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A strong self-motivation and organization
- A good multitasking ability due to changing priorities
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to dial up and make calls
- Good skills in time management
- Goodtelesales and communication skills
- Ability to make decisions, resolve problems and think creatively
- At least a college Degree
