- Sourcing and developing new business opportunities
- Establishing and maintaining good relationship with existing and new guests
- Developing and implementing the action plans of the catering events.
- Handling all logistics works for the catering events.
- Working closely with relevant departments to ensure the delivery of excellent services.
- A Minimum of 3 years working experience in Catering/ Event Sales in luxury hotel
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Delphi system is an advantage and proficiency in computer literacy
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Catering Sales Manager
- A degree in hotel management or other related disciplines
