Responsibility:

-Establishing and supporting technical decision to process at Chemical manufacturing sites improved through fundamental chemical engineering models and monitoring reports for key pieces of process equipment (distillation towers, heat exchangers, compressors, and furnaces).
-Make validation of the model with plant data and establishment of models of key equipment, then utilize the model to analyze the current technical performance of the piece of equipment in conjunction with data trending analysis (performance monitoring), to have ability of analysis of trends in equipment performance.
-Make identification of trends in reliability and energy performance, as well as recommend the site technical group to maintain top performance.
- Make identification opportunities for improvement of effectiveness and/or capacity.

Requirements:

-University Degree in Engineering/Science of a famous university preferred Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
