We seek an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to analyze, support, and track performance with respect to the set target.

Main responsibilities:

In supporting the MT or OP Channel:
- Analyzing the monthly performance on MT/OP channel and key MT/OP customers
- Supporting the weekly and monthly Demand, and S&OP meetings
- Owning the S&OP results for the MT channel, such primary sell-in, secondary sell-in, and stock in trade
- Tracking performance versus target proactively
- Channel P&L outlook projection and Annual Operating Plan or updates of the Strategic Business Plan
- Driving the success of the channel with important insights
- Optimizing the D&A investment fund through M&E; ruthless prioritization. Integrated channeling such as Commercial Plan and Activity Grid
- Acting as a partner to the business, driving great performances by producing plans and outlooks of high quality, analyzing the business against those plans, improving performance by identifying risks or opportunities and working with the MT Channel working team
- Using and developing analysis tools to ensure the performance of MT is effectively and efficiently managed to ensure a culture and a way of working across the MT Channel working team

In support the NCB Category:

- Driving and analyzing the performance of the business of the Thai NCB category, and also leading its planning and outlook projection
- Supporting the vision and roadmap of the NCB category to Thailand Beverages MU 5-year vision. Driving the strategic thinking into excellent execution
- Analyzing the monthly performance on the NCB category
- Owning the S&OP results for the NCB category such as primary sell-in, secondary sell-in, and stock in trade
- Category P&L outlook projection and Annual Operating Plan or updates of the Strategic Business Plan
- Providing important insights that will drive the category’s success
- Optimizing the A&M investment fund using M&E; ruthless prioritization, and integrated brandings such as Marketing Plan and Activity Grid
- Setting prices competitively, and ensuring compliance with the transfer price policy
- Acting as a partner to the business, driving great performances by producing plans of high quality and outlooks, analyzing the business against those plans, improving the team’s performance by working with the NCB Category working for team and identifying risks and opportunities
- Using and developing analysis tools to ensure the performance of NCB is effectively and efficiently managed to ensure a culture and a way of working across the NCB Channel working team
- Leading the ongoing development and management of the M&E (Measurement and Evaluation) process and the capabilities of the cross-functional team to deliver quality M&E learnings on the trade and brand marketing activities. The key focus on M&E of the MT promotion programs with the key customers includes 7Eleven, Tesco Lotus, Big C, Makro, Tops.
- Ensuring that the annual M&E timetable and processes are signed off and communicated to the cross-functional teams
- Completing H1 and H2 M&E pre-evaluation
- Completing H1 and H2 M&E post-evaluation, and sharing learnings by conducting workshops
- Developing activity evaluation tools that are linked to the ROI measurement
- Leading the development of M&E capability development for the Marketing and Commercial teams
- Building business cases and leading financial analysis for Innovations projects to ensure financial viability, and facilitate the Gate Submission and Review

Requirements:

- A BBA and a Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from a University of reputation
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance, especially as a Finance Manager with people management exposure, and with preference to FMCG exposure
- A technical and functional knowledge of Finance and Accounting
- Experience in the process and variance analysis of budget or forecast
- Experience in the analysis of business case and project
- Experience in the effectiveness of the analysis of trade and marketing spend, and channel and brand P&L performance analysis
- A strong analytical skill
- Fluent written and oral English communication
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- A Business partnering mindset to work effectively with cross functions
- Ability to influence management using strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and focus on priorities exceptionally
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
