Currently, our company seeks an individual to serve as its Controls Engineering Manager. Such individual must have previously worked on Industrial Controls Automation providing excellent service. Apart from this, the right person for this job must be a team player who could naturally lead the other team members to effectively perform their works across different departments in the Manufacturing sites which is located in Vietnam. Apart from this, the right person may be required to performdifferentworks in our sites which are located in USA, China, and Europe as our Technology and business partner.

For records, our Engineers will be responsible for all the processes and technologies which are involved in the production of our products and the management of the company’s capital investment.

Once hired, we will assign you a project to work on. Most of the time, you may be required to work in a multi-faceted team where Senior Managers will oversee you. You will also be provided with the opportunity of sharpening your skills and putting your technical knowledge to the test. Your effectiveness level coupled with your interpersonal relationship with people will improve through this practical and rigorous training. In addition to this, you tend to understand your capability.

You must be self-motivated and eager to work in an international environment. In addition to this, you should be able to communicate fluently in English and any other language.

Qualifications:
- An Engineering degree in different fields preferably Electrical Engineering.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- A team player who is self-motivating.
- Fluency in English and any other language.
- Practical Engineering Experience.
- Eagerness to work in an international environment.
