responsibilities

managing all of the company’s business operations in vietnam
monitoring and achieving set targets for turnover and margins within vietnam through effective business development and marketing strategy
negotiating and ensuring effective and efficient execution of contracts in order to achieve corporate business goals
monitoring profit and loss
managing staff and delegating tasks
any additional administrative, accounting, financial, and legal duties

the person

degree qualified or equivalent in civil engineering
background in geotechnical engineering, with a technical knowledge of groundworks and/or foundation techniques
knowledge of the construction sector in vietnam
fluency in spoken and written english is essential, with knowledge of vietnamese a distinct advantage
excellent communication and public-speaking skills
