Description

We seek an experienced Creative Strategic Planning Manager to support the transformation of M and E from travel or sourcing provider to an event agency and optimise the related M and E brand awareness as a leading E2E agency. The candidate is to provide innovative, quality consultancy service that exceeds the expectations of colleagues and clients with a passion for creative communications for all opportunities out of the market. They will also assist in the development of the internal market relationship with the creative services hub, and ensure that the clients have greater visibility of the services we can offer.

Main Responsibilities:

- Taking and writing all creative briefs, and communicating these to the Creative Services Hub
- Taking responsibility for all strategic, communication, and creative tasks during briefings and presentations by client
- Guiding and project-related briefing of the creative team
- Supporting the Market Head and Customer Services Manager, and the Training and Coaching of the Account Managers to develop their performance to an E2E scope
- Designing the strategies for communications and events of the creative aspects of the projects
- Pitching support for the Business Development Strategy and Customer Development Manager
- Driving and finalising creative proposals delivered to clients
- Having a thorough understanding of the process to be able to advise on timelines, best approach, and delivery
- Understanding how the creative can be executed on site, and on the budget range from an experimental point of view
- Assisting in the delivery of creative aspects of an on-site project
- Identifying the gaps in the company’s offering and finding the appropriate third party suppliers

Requirements:

- Practical experience in account and management of projects
- Highly skilled in negotiation and business
- A motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, and creative individual
- Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work
- An autonomous individual with the capability of assuming responsibilities with little or no direction
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- Excellent knowledge of creative innovation by previously attending educational exhibitions and keeping up to date with industry news
- Ability to interpret the requirements of clients, and leading the client where appropriate with a practical demonstration of knowledge and expertise
- Being up to date commercially
- A confident and professional personality portrayed either on phone or face to face with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work with a team and supporting colleagues, and ensuring the departments operate smoothly
