We seek applications for the position of Customer Service Assistants who will be responsible for the Customer Request from the Area Nordics that is working in our Customer Service in Hamburg. This role is an opportunity for energetic, dynamic and highly creative problem solver to join our distribution center in our fast growing international team. We also operate within a very attractive working environment with a unique business model within the logistics industry supporting our customers in the EMEA area.

Main responsibilities:

- Processing customer requests in English language.
- Communicating verbally or in writing to the customer in regards to their deliveries, orders, and complaints.
- Working with several internal departments by cooperating with them in performing functions in the interest of the company.

Requirements:

- A high level of service orientation
- Ability to work with customers in our fast growing international team
- Being result oriented as well as the ability to handle several tasks at once.
- Ability to take an operational and pragmatic approach to tasks and challenges while staying calm under pressure.
- Fluency in English (preferably a native speaker) and either Swedish or Danish.
