We seek an individual that will serve as our Customer Service Specialist with the aim of supporting our commitment to our irradiation customers by ensuring the uphold the highest standards of our company. The position is necessary due to the growth and the establishment of our new irradiation business line.
Objectives of the job:
The qualified candidate will be responsible for our irradiation customer service and communication as well as taking and receiving queries efficiently while providing the highest customer care and satisfaction. The qualified candidate will also handle orders and liaise with internal teams to ensure effective processing within agreed deadlines.
- Being responsible for irradiation customer service and communication as well as ensuring feedback in a highly professional and timely manner
- Ensuring the internal processing of all customer requests by our procedures.
- Being responsible for daily customer handling, entering PO, Pick and invoice.
- Agreeing on actions with customer for the purpose of managing potential supply issues
- Demonstrating leadership as well as working across all departments for the purpose of resolving any possible issues.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our supply chain processes and system.
- At least three years of customer service experience from the supply chain.
- Being well organised, structured and decisive with actions.
- Excellent and strong communications skills in Danish and English as well as an adept ability to communicate at all levels in a professional and effective manner.
- Self-motivation with a driven ability with excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think critically with attention to details without losing the greater picture as agreed upon.
