Main responsibilities:

- Serve as the main contact for our team on theretail brand to provide them the already identified points within the brand.
- Work excellently well with the team in charge of account with the aim of incorporating several main operations and supply activities into plans to win the account
- Coordinate all our main stakeholdersto improve the key metrics for the resolution of issues.
- Provision of review for the company’s teams
- Provide the necessary intelligence that is needed to bring about excellent planning in the area of demand and capacity.
- Ensure the compliance of the RBO to the laid down standards and ensure it is given great internal visibility based on the sourcing location and product line.
- Communicating review results with the management for consideration.
- Ensure the optimization of the manufacturing network as well as ensure that the global market is built.
- Ensure the development of sourcing strategies for improvement purpose.
- Use your understanding of the market requirements to determine your company’s limitation compared to what people need.
- Communicate well and influence people around you.
- Travel for about twenty-five percent to different regions with the local teams.
- Supporting other cross-functional teams to bridge any gaps.

Qualifications:

- At least three-year experience in the management of theproject and as a technical customer support.
- Experience as a worker in a commercial organization coupled with the ability to work on customer interface.
- Ability and experienceto navigate and change the vibe in a complex matrix organization.
- Ability to analyze problems and resolve it using your skills.
- Ability to communicate well in both written and oral manner.
- Ability to manage projects and travel for a minimum of twenty percent of your time.
- A degree in engineering, operations management or any related field.
