For effective daily management of our hotel, we seek a Deputy General Manager that will collaborate with the General Manager to oversee the Food and Beverage Department making sure that the department conforms to the laid out standards and rules.
You must be part of the team involved in the management of the operations of the hotel and its affiliates abroad. The right person for this job must have excellent experience in the management of room division and events. You will also provide the required assistance for the General Manager to run and execute the main property events smoothly.

Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the team of Operations Manager or the Heads of Departments ensure that the best services are consistently provided toall the departments of the hotel while feedbacks are provided to ensure that the team develops the general skills in the hotel to the best of their ability.
- Provide excellent services which are required for the customers while taking full responsibilities of the feedback that will support the teams on a daily basis.
- Ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the hotel and prioritize your actions in the company which may include the sales, revenue, hotel management and HR when the Manager is absent.
- Serve as the source of inspiration and encouragement to our team so that they can deliver the best customer services while they do what they enjoy doing.
- Oversee the cost of management, business prospects identification firmly and gain control.
- Ensure the utilization of the available resources to ensure that the team’s productivity is embraced and up to the service standards.

Requirements:
- Willingness, readiness and the ability to serve and work in the position of the company’s General Manager with experience in a hospitality industry.
- Strong business understanding and involvement in the smooth running of thehotel which includes Accommodation, events and so on.
- A focused, self-motivated and confident individual
- Ability to communicate exceptionally well.
