Job Description

Analyze writer and designer's strength, weakness, and passions, in order to put them in a team where they can be optimal and productive (maximizing their skill and growth)
Meet regularly with the writers and designers in order to update various topics ranging from productivity mentoring, teamwork skill development, and process within/outside design team
Collaborate with Marketing, product managers, and other stakeholders in order to maintain a good process between writers, designers and their stakeholders

Roll up your sleeves and willing to contribute as a copywriter or designer for at least one project
Execute in fast-paced and highly fluid environment with minimum supervision
Collaborate with teams at Headquarter and other offices in Southeast ASia

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of content (editorial, copywriting) or graphic design experience
Minimum 2 years industry experience in a management or leadership role
Fluency in English is a must, min. iBT (Internet-based TOEFL) 100 or its equivalent
Have a strong capacity of empathy in understanding the team as well as online consumer behavior
Excellent communication skills and attention to details
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
