Currently, we seek an individual to work as our Design Manager for our operations in the Middle East especially our office in Qatar. Such individual will also be responsible for the reporting of all activities to the necessary quarters. The position is for an individual with excellent project and client management who is ready to work in an excellent and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

- At least ten years experience of which five years is of consultancy experience.
- Ability to bring about theconcept for various projects.
- Ability to deliver large scale designs for different projects on a timely basis.
- Ability to manage our clients excellently well.
- Ability to manage requirements, negotiate contracts and prepare briefs among others.
- Ability to implement and monitor the ISO Quality Assurance Structure.
- Ability to develop projects and budgets while ensuring the progress of the projects in collaboration with other team leaders.
- Ability to chair and ensure the management of technical meetings and other necessary checks with our project team with no prejudice.
- Ability to ensure the Safety in Design of company products.
- Ability to ensure the production of products in line with the International codes and standards.
- Ability to demonstrate exceeding and thehighest level of BIM workflows and the management of knowledge.
- Ability to work with the aim of supporting our project team in their quest to obtain local authority approvals.
- A PMP certification is preferable coupled with proficiency in MS Office and other software.
- Ability to work in the Middle East in line with design and construction practices.
- Ability to lead, communicate and mentor your team members for the purpose of bringing about innovative and sustainable solutions to their problems.
