We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Digital Marketing and Website Management Manager, RBWM Marketing

Page design to the set standards: Drive public website page design, revamp and ongoing maintenance in the country in alignment with Group standard, global design templates and guidelines.
Website content management: Manage the development of content strategy in accordance with the business' strategic focus. Ongoing content update and maintenance to ensure its effectiveness and freshness.
Customer journey mapping and site optimization: Drive the enhancement of the public website in order to increase the website visitors’ stickiness to our site and improve user experience throughout the entire online journey; drive traffic to the public website by maximizing its popularity in major search engine
Performance metrics and assessment: Track and report on all site metrics; conduct statistical analysis on website usages and collect & review users’ feedback so as to derive action plans to improve usability, users’ experience and the number of visits to the public website.
Digital marketing: Manage the implementation of digital marketing initiatives according to Group’s digital strategy; collaborate with campaign management area to optimize digital marketing performance.
Assist to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns in digital platform to grow selected products / segments.
Maintain a close alignment with other functional supports in VNM RBWM, especially e-channel marketing and campaign management team.
Will act as a community manager for social media page to drive additional business and awareness/relevancy for the brand.

Demonstrate teamwork through positive approach and develop a close alignment with both internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and observe HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators
Comply with the Marketing Process and Group Advertising Guidelines in programme execution
Maintain awareness of operational risk within Marketing division and minimisation of it occurring including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with the Group Operations FIM

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

University degree in Marketing or Business studies or equivalent professional qualification
2 - 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferable in the financial field
Strong leadership and team development experience, with a high order of analytical and planning skills, and strong self-motivation
Expertise in marketing capacity including digital marketing
Excellent communications, project management and interpersonal skills
Detailed oriented to ensure output and work handled are of complete accuracy and high quality
Excellent English writing skills and spoken language
