We currently seek an individual to serve as the Digital Marketing Manager of our team with the aim of bringing about the needed improvement that will shape our industry.

Primary responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the management of all our social media channels, market database, and other campaigns.
- Analyze the company’s KPIs and ROI.
- Develop the best strategies for the development and growth of the company.
- Make sure that our social media campaign performs well by complying with the best contemporary practices.
- Be involved in the execution, planning and measurement of conversion tests and experiments.
- Evaluate and optimize our customers’ experience across all our channels and platform.
- Work with other partners and agencies when required for the evaluation of new technologies to determine if they are suitable for adoption.

Requirements:

- An analytical mind to analyze data and drive them towards the success of the group.
- At least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferable.
- Experience in the management of advertisement campaigns, social media channels and email marketing.
- Skills in identifying the target and devising the best approach in getting them engaged using our digital campaigns.
- Landing pages optimization is of added advantage.
- Proficient in the use of the best tools to analyze the market trends and other valuable data to the market campaign.
- Ability to use Google AdWords in the interest of the company.
- Email marketing, JavaScript tools, SQL, CSS, PHP and Python proficiency.
- A sound knowledge of the online marketing contemporarypractices.
