Ematic Solutions seek a world class talent to head our customer success teams at Country/Regional level. The qualified candidate will be in charge of the entire book of business for the region as well as the Customer Success team based in that country.
- Being the Head of Customer Success for the country and lead strategy to retain and grow the portfolio month on month.
- Owning Customer Success Strategy, being a thought leader as well as creating and driving strategy for key accounts and Enterprise customers.
- Owning attracting and hiring the right talent for Customer Success in the country
- Ensuring Talent Management and Development as well as coaching, mentoring, training, and upskilling the team members in country
- Building strong cross functional partnerships in Product and Sales to create a powerful collaborative environment
- Cross selling and upselling products as well as identifying and leading regional opportunies while creating strategic relationships.
- Acting as the “Voice of the customer” with the aim of collecting and analysing customer sentiment.
- Providing feedback to internal stakeholders for future product and operational improvements
- A minimum of three years of Customer Success Experience
- Four to five years of E-commerce, Digital Marketing experience
- Four to five years in the management of a team
- Domain experience in digital marketing, email marketing or any other similar field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to manage people and lead others.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability of being empathetic to the customer and understanding what the customer needs.
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and dive right in there with a start-up spirit and the ability to work excellently in a fast paced startup environment.
- Passion to work around the time is required.
