Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce – performance marketing is responsible for managing and tracking digital sales campaigns with both external clients, as well as internal projects, in order to maximize revenue and drive traffic to the hotel’s web portals. Primary accountabilities include securing and developing opportunities to drive sales from key feeder markets and local market, and working with internal teams to conduct multi-channel digital marketing sales campaigns for various business streams (F&B, rooms, spa, bridal, etc…), as well as providing performance analytics.
Job Requirements
Strong sales background within hotel/hospitality/travel industry
Native Thai speaker with strong command of English (Required TOEIC 650)
Knowledgeable on local market analytics and market trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain relationships with key clients
Ability to pull reports needed to ensure financial goals and sales targets are met
Ability to communicate well with all levels of management and staff
Ability to work closely with each department to ensure business strategies are consistent and aligned to driving financial performance
Must be analytical savvy and proficient in computer programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Google Analytics, etc)
Self-starter; independent, but team-oriented; socially adept; detailed-oriented and organized; goals and results-oriented; articulate
Interest in fashion, food, travel, interior design and lifestyle related activities
Late night and early morning work hours when necessary
