We seek an experienced maintenance professional electrician/diesel mechanic for our East Tennessee Mines located in Strawberry Plains, Tennessee, USA.

Main responsibilities:

- Providing electrical and maintenance support by repairing and maintaining both mine and mobile diesel equipment.
- Maitntaining and repairing everything ranging from office light switches to the electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and mobile diesel machinery used underground.
- Installing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and inspecting all types of electrical systems as well as mobile diesel equipment.
- Ensuring the compliance with federal and state mine safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Appropriate trade or related qualification or certification in electricity or maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment
- Five to ten years experience in industrial electricity or maintenance within a mining, OEM or industrial plant environment.
- Ability to repair, drive train, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Ability to use electrical diagnostic equipment for downloads and troubleshooting
- Full understanding of mining flow and automation
- A Comprehensive knowledge of the mining regulation
