Our company is currently looking for a English Client Service-Facebook Platform.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for game product's translations from Chinese to English;
2. Manage English-speaking players and communicate with them and assist them with outstanding issues;
3. Manage Facebook Game and Fan Pages;
4. Work with tech and designers to further localize game content to English user base.

Job Requirements:

1. Native English speaker with fluent/proficient spoken and written Chinese;
2. Interest in the gaming industry, experience in playing social games is a plus;
3. Good communication skills to notify your team of issues and address user concerns;
4. Self-motivated, completes tasks on time;
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) or equivalent.
