As a Human Resource Executive, you will provide local and regional transactional HR support including recruitment and selection activities, onboarding, in-service and employee exit management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle overseas payroll
- Provide support for Group HR programs (such as the annual Performance Appraisal and Compensation Review)
- Act as Subject Matter Expert by reviewing policies and streamlining work processes
-Provide HR administrative support (such as preparation of letters and maintenance of personnel files)
- Occasional ad hoc projects

The ideal candidate will:

- Have a degree in Human Resource or a related discipline
- Have at least 1 year of relevant HR experience (entry level candidates with prior HR internship experience are encouraged to apply)
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desirable attributes include strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and written. Must have strong follow-up skills, meticulous work-style and good interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
