Responsibilities:

Help the CFO manage and control all finance activities such as taxation, treasury function, financial, etc.

Qualifications:

- Excellent Bachelor degree in accountant, second degree in business is a plus.
- At least 15 years experience in commercial field, tax, or audit, preferably more than 7 years experience in senior position.
- Solid knowledge in Hong Kong, European, and international market.
- Expert in HKFRS compliance and Listing Rules.
- Ability to control and solve complex problems, work under high pressure
- Solid experience in communication, coordination and planning.
- Flexible, well-sensed in commercial.
- Possess strong analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Capable to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
- Bilingual in English is a must while excellence in Chinese both oral and writing is preferred.
