We seek an individual that will serve as the Finishing Manager of our company who will act in the interest of the company by performing functions that are assigned.

Main responsibilities:

- Being responsible for the finishing off and planning ahead for resources to ensure the continuous progression of the sequence of works to bring the project to close alongside with other team members.
- Managing the snag lists in the interest of the company.
- Coordinating the trades and work with the project managers to achieve successful handover.

Skills and experience:

- Excellent man management skills as well as the skills to monitor progress in a pressured environment.
- Confidence in reading drawing and specifications.
- Understanding of the requirements for high specification finishes.
- Strong trade background in carpentry is a preference.
- Willingness and keenness to learn and progress.
