What you’ll do:

Route monitor: ensure riders complete their routes timely.
Support rider troubleshoot and ad-hoc problems during delivery.
Make sure all deliveries are attempted
Round inbound: collection of COD and classification of parcels status
Maintain fleet quality: attitude, discipline, and performance

What you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience with logistics industry
Pro-active, responsible and organized
Knowledge of geography and computer applications.
Fluent in English
