For Hempel’s Global Marine business growth, we is recruiting for Global Key Account Manager to become a leader of the New Building market in Korea with global leaders.
- Push, support the Account development process forward with Growth & Leadership team.
- Provide strategy support for Global Key Account Marine sector while counsel and help all development plan activities for dedicated Global Accounts.
- Proactively monitor and coordinate stakeholders to drive continuously account growth, create collaborative working environment and realize all Account strategy.
- Be an important role for strongly developing commercial culture at Hempel.
- Serve as leader of Key Account teams and Global Account Plans.
- Prepare, follow up all process of customer negotiation as well as escalation to single point and client management groups.
- Manage and boost commercial activities across accounts & regions.
- Drive all Global Key Account process including budget and target.
- Report to the General Manager in Korea periodically.
- Commercial leader experience coupled with capable to build, develop collaborative relationships to create proactive and professional working environment, drive effective teams.
- Experience in monitoring and collaborating with cross - functional teams.
- Strong background in understanding and implementing customer requirements, maintaining customer relation by providing high valued services to customers.
- Demonstrated skills in networking, communication and influence on internal and external stakeholders.
- Expat experience proffered.
- Bilingual in English, fluent in Korean is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge, awareness, and understanding of Korea and Europe culture.
