About the Position:

We seek a competent and highly skilled individual to fill the position of a full-time graphic & web designer to support our business operations based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Our business is a multinational business consultancy with its headquarters in Switzerland and offices on four continents.

Position Summary:
- Supporting our local and overseas staff in the creation of design solutions with a high visual impact for business, administrative and any purpose in the interest of the company.
- Producing print materials like corporate reports and brochures, digital presentations in various format, and web designing.
- Listening to the team members to understand the goals of the project before making any design decision.
- Showing a high level of creativity while conforming to the established corporate design codes.

Competencies:
- You need to have excellent design skills with the knowledge of industry trends and the professional approach to people and deadlines for you to have a job in our organization.
- You should have an excellent way of providing visual displays for quantitative data.
- Every single detail matters a lot. While assisting project teams in the delivery of complex reporting products to our clients, you will be required to take note of every detail.
- You should have a good organizational and interpersonal skills for the purpose of liaising with a staff of different backgrounds and time zones to work on different projects.
- You must be very pro-active and progressive in your thought apart from being very independent.

Minimum qualifications:
- At least two years of relevant professional experience.
- A portfolio of successfully finished jobs which demonstrate a high standard of quality of works.
- Proficient in the use of relevant design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and web design tools.
- A good command of both spoken and written English. Chinese language is a plus but not required if understood very well.
- Work starts in March or April 2017.
