About the Job:

We seek applications dynamic and highly motivated individual who will embrace Song Saa’s vision of luxury that treads lightly to create an unforgettable guest experience for the position of Guest Experience Supervisor with the function of coordinating our talented Guest Experience team to provide an award winning and luxury experience to our guest. The coordination will start from the moment they set foot on the Island until they leave by ensuring the Guest Experience team give the best service to our guest by making them enjoy an unforgettable, world-class luxury that exceeds their expectation.

Main Responsibilities:

- Preparing the personalized guest itinerary.
- Servicing all guest requirements as well as being a source of information on guest activities, experiences, and food & beverage.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure high standards of service to guests is delivered.
- Overseeing daily guest communication.
- Upholding the company beliefs and Brand DNA at all times.
- Maintaining an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guest, management, and staff.

Requirements:

- At least two years’ experience in hospitality.
- Dynamism in personality.
- Excellence in communication
- Excellent English (spoken and written) skills.
