Description

Our company seeks a Head of Region HRBP with the aim of implementing a defined Plan that will make all our employees have excellent experience for the sustainable growth of the company.

Duties:

- Develop and deliver the Regional People Strategy in line with the People Plan.
- Drive the performance and growth of the business by ensuring that the requirements of the customers and the Retail People Strategy are given recourse to.
- Ensure the improvement of the HR services by coaching and developing the capability of the line manager and other officials connected to HR services.
- Coach the leadership team at the regional level with the methods of delivering high-performancefunctions that would go well with our people.
- Be responsible for the development of a progressive regional business workforce plan based on all the requirements for the implementation of the growth plans.
- Improve the Retail Succession Strategy and other talent related plans through the efficient delivery of the talent scheme.
- Serve as the leader of the People Plan A with the aim of getting the community and region involved in the plan.
- Support our strategy by delivering the necessary business changes.
- Provide the assistance needed by the Region about the B.I.G capability, representatives, and insight to improve the people strategy.
- Make every moment precious to our clients by delivering the best development tools and business initiatives required for sustainable development.

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a cross functional capacity as a leader.
- Sound knowledge of HR practice which includes talent, performance, succession and change management.
- Experience in planning and delivering commercial KPI’s and P&L.
- Analytical skills to analyze both HR and business data.
- Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Capacity to establish an active contact with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Able to work with no or little guidance.
- Bilingual in English while fluent in other languages is a plus.
