Description
Our company current seeks an individual to serve as our HR coordination that will be aresponsibleforour office in Warsaw, Poland for a contractual period.
Main responsibilities:
-Ensuring the coordination of compliance posting all over the countries our company has responsibilities for, our office locations and th company’s intranet as when applicable.
-Making sure that all necessaryexit interviews are conducted while assisting in the maintenance and update of all our employee handbook.
-Coordinating all the employee communication for the purpose of updating all the necessary document for placement on our company website.
-Updating all the document on HR SharePoint site as at when appropriate as well as responding to all employee inquiries and questions.
-Maintaining all the employee related records, files, management of performance and merit increase processes.
-Assisting all the line managers with employee relations issues, documentation, and procedures.
-Having and maintaining knowledge and latest news in HR policies and other appropriate employment legislation.
-Woking to develop and implement HR guidelines, practice and other policies.
-Working with the new hire process including employment contracts ranging from a template, compilation, and update of new employee packs to change processing and orientation.
-Providing assistance to Payroll Preparation while overseeing the absence records and holiday systems for assigned countries.
-Working on all the necessary basicOracle Time and Labor reports for the line managers as requested.
-Performing different works accurately and promptly while ensuring the approval of data changes with HRIS.
-Bringing about data integrity of the company through audit and other necessary paperwork to ensure the accuracy and proper approval by the company.
-Maintaining and creating all the necessary personnel files for all the active and inactive employees while maintaining all records in compliance with all the internal document retention guidelines local and country guidelines.
Requirements:
-At least a high School Diploma or its equivalent coupled with a nominal experience in administrative support.
-A university degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related discipline is required.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills are highly required while familiarity with HRIS system is very important.
-Familiarity with an HRIS system is highly preferred while strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly required.
-Ability to ensure the maintenance and the development of team relationships with HR team, employees and line management.
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suites coupled with the ability to organize and prioritize work in a special way to meet deadlines always.
-Confidentiality is required coupled with excellent customer service.
