Open position for a Human Capital EE Master Data Analyst to work in Woodmead.

For this position AECI is looking to recruit an individual to be responsible for managing employee master data across all operation companies within the AECI group.

The Human Capital EE Master Data Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of moving employee data to the new Human Capital systems. This would include setting up a clean-up methodology, and data migration strategy. This role will be responsible for data quality improvement and data problem resolution as well as process design. The design and implementation of a governance framework that adheres to corporate policies is an integral part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an employee master data strategy (must meet business, legislative and Human Capital needs)
• Define the necessary policies and operating procedures
• Define the controls to govern the management of employee data across the entire AECI Group
• Implement processes to review all processed Human Capital data
• Perform master data checks to ensure accurate data is being reported
• Identify risks and ensure legislative alignment (POPI act) as well as any other applicable legislation
• Provide expertise in support of business and information technology projects to improve data integrity
• Implement data cleaning methodology to remove old, unused employee data, or duplicate data
• Implement controls to verify integration between various Human Capital components, systems and platforms
• Drive the application and implementation procedures of data standards and guidelines
• Ensure access to and integrity of employee master data sets
• Implement alignment and integration of employee master data with AD for the Group
• Manage, analyze and resolve issues with employee data and manages needed revisions while adhering to standards and processes
• Manages tracking and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee specific master data analysis, management and quality data improvement
• Knowledge in practical application of the POPI Act
• Knowledge of all labor legislation
• Experience leading migration efforts of employee data
• Skilled with all Microsoft Office applications
