– Coordinate with Staffing team on recruitment plan and monitor to achieve TTF target and quality of candidate.
– Responsible for new employee orientation and training plan.
– Develop training & development plan for employees at all levels, generate training evaluation and process training record and report to government and leaders.
– Assist HRM to develop and implement HEMT internal communication plan.
– Improve Performance Appraisal system for Band0-2 employees
– Develop and implement HR HUE project
– Assist HRM on implementation of Job Leveling project.
– Assist HRM to lead Honeywell Operating System (HOS) in part of Organization Development, Employee Relation and Learning Organization.
– Set annual Employee Relation program plan, lead welfare team to arrange ER activities.
– Help all Manager and Supervisor on employee disciplinary issue and low performance issue.
