We seek an experienced individual to take up the role of Infrastructure Engineer. The candidate would work from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm Monday to Friday, with weekend shift patterns that alternate. The candidate might decide to work extra hours to fulfill the duties of this role in its short time frame

Main responsibilities:

- Management and escalating of the IT Helpdesk such as CRM and Ticketing
- Operating a 2nd or 3rd Line Desktop or server, including AD, Exchange, GPO and Network Support
- Regularly managing and supporting Microsoft, VMware, and Linux environment patch
- Supporting Linux, Unix, and Web Technology
- Management of storage, including SAN and NAS
- Managing the firewalls or switches and other network devices such as pfSense, CISCO, etc. regularly
- Maintaining network security such as AV Server, Proxy Management, Vulnerability, etc.
- Managing Backup or restores and Strategies of DR such as Veeam, etc
- Supporting the Telephony system with third party support such as Avaya IP Office and Cloud based telephony, simultaneously
- Maintenance of documenting and asset register
- Organizing and providing for new system and image roll outs
- Assisting the Project Manager with several IT projects
- Changing management of approval
- Maintaining the register for vulnerability for the new vulnerabilities affecting infrastructure
- Scanning vulnerability regularly, and its remediation such as Qualys
- Supporting and possessing knowledge of platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Having the knowledge to support various vendor technologies such as Qualys, McAfee ePO, Bluecoat, pfSense, Cisco, etc.
