Main responsibilities:

- Making sure that all data are managed with your strong understanding of both instrument and reference data management.
- Making sure that all our data are controlled, cross verified and cleansed with your in-depth knowledge of operational procedures.
- Making sure that the data across reference data and other corporate actions or activities are conducted in a regular sampling
- Analyzing all price as may be required to ensure the accuracy of the securities.
- Collaborating with both offshore and onshore data vendors.

Your team:

You will work as a team member of the APAC Instrument Data Management Team. You will work as an Independent Supervisory Sampler and Tester of the Output in within this team which is one of the teams of Data Management and Reference Data organization. You will specifically work on outputs provided by our Vendor Staff and also help in making our Operational Risk Framework stronger.

Requirements:

- At least six years of experience in Data Management Process in an asset management firm or any related firm.
- Working experience on projects as well as the ability to successfully meet the deliverable specifications.
- A University degree in Business related fields or accounting.
- Ability to communicate well.
