Main responsibilities:

The responsibilities are divided into two categories which are:
- Pre-sales responsibilities:
• Understanding in detail technical and commercial characteristics of NGIT portfolio of products and services which include the market standard technical components that NGIT offerings is built on.
• Building complex solutions offers for new customers as well as developing cross-selling opportunities with PSiDEO technology partners
• Developing the company offer by bringing expertise on products and technical solutions to optimize deals and sales by actual and potential customers’ needs.
- Maximize sales:
• Seeking out new opportunities which as well as turning them into business.
• Building strong sales pipeline and achieving the company sales target and forecast.
• Developing and executing the Sales pipeline on all PSiDEO IT products portfolio
• Organizing sales and marketing campaign and events as the case may be.
• Present fitting products and services to clients as well as preparing commercial offers.
• Maintaining and developing high-level prospects and customer relationships to retain existing business and develop new opportunities
• Gathering intelligence on customers and competitors all around.

Requirements:

- A diploma or Degree in Computer Sciences of its equicalent.
- At least three years of direct or indirect sales experience with proven results.
- A good understanding of the IT needs of today’s SMBs,
- Great multidisciplinary technical knowledge on both systems integration and outsourced IT solutions.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Server infrastructure like Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange among others as well as Enterprise Storage Infrastructure, SAN.
- Desktops and Network Management and deployment skills.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and hosting solutions is required.
- Ability to integrate the company procedures, opportunities and constraint internally and externally quickly.
- Superb communications skills and the ability to communicate with the clients and colleagues in both technical and non-technical ways.
- Being client oriented with very good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment with the willingness to constantly learn and progress.
- Positive reaction to pressure.
