Our company seeks an intelligent person to serve as the IT Support Associate who will support our employees in the accomplishment of their tasks with acomputer. Such individual will be responsible for the prioritization, documentation, and performance of our staff’s request while meeting strict deadlines and providing a top notch customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide support in the manner and style that would be required which may involve you performing the function of a first line desktop support and with the supervision of the Senior technician, in the case of a second line support.
- Be responsible for the definition of the end user’s expectations after studying the service level agreements.
- Be responsible for the provision of excellent services with the aim of meeting our customers’ expectations while ensuring that all internal staff’s needs are well attendedto.
- Be responsible for the Windows and MacOS technology while finding solutions to any issue tendered.
- Make sure that all our rules, procedures and policies are followed while all the necessary documents and amendments are implemented to the rules to make them current.
- Be a member of the technical team with the aim of developing and ensuring that all our excellent work ethics are followed perfectly.

Education:

- A degree or equivalent qualification in any IT or IT related field.
- Qualification in customer service is a plus.

Requirements:

- At least one-year working experience as a first or second line support in a big support team.
- Ability to provide top notch service and communicate with the customers well.
- Knowledge and experience in the provision of Window or MAC technical support.
- Ability to configure Android or IOS is an advantage.
- Proficiency in networking is required.
- Ability to solve problems logically through analysis and logical approaches
- Ability to work with and support others working in a team with you.
- U.S. citizen is a must.

Additional Information:

You would follow a shift roster which will be effective through the week covering both the night and the day.
