We seek an individual with a relevant university degree that can demonstrate an interest in global financial markets and a keen interest in IT systems. Such individual, who is creative, innovative and ability to deliver under pressure.

The scope of the Job:

- An initial six months intensive in-house training program in our Headquarters in Amsterdam, Netherlands to train the right candidate.
- You will learn all intricate details of our trading processes during your in-house training.
- You will start work in our Singapore office managing a desk together with a Senior Trader.
- You will take on more responsibilities as time goes on; these responsibilities are:
• Formulating strategies to improve the markets for a product.
• Trading and monitoring markets at your desk are focusing on a wide range of financial products.

Requirements:

- A Degree in Finance, Economics or related and a demonstrable interest in Trading
- A thorough Understanding of Financial Products
- Knowledge of Excel and affinity with development languages;
- Innovative & creative high potential with excellent mental arithmetic abilities;
- Ability to reason logically and deliver under pressure;
- Ability to combine a distinct ability to spot arising opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them;
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- An individual with an ambitious, assertive, outgoing and an entrepreneurial mindset;
- Ability to response to any issues that can affect mission critical trading decisions at a very fast rate.
