The company’s main product is the Fresh Dairy product which takes about 56$ of Danone’s business. The group’s fresh dairy product is known for its nutritional flavor, taste, and benefits as it is made from high quality raw materials. Currently, the team seeks an intelligent individual to serve as the Key Account Management Director for its Belux office with the aim of maintaining and making sure that Danone’s leadership in the market is achieved.

Main responsibilities:

- Bring about growth and sales which will increase the company’s profits and turn-over.
- Develop and implement the best commercial strategy that would focus on the shopper in accordance to the objectives and visions of the company and the retailers’ expectations.
- Build and maintain a long term relationship with the retailers acting as a category expert and shopper.
- Be in charge of a team of seven and be responsible for the training, motivation, and coaching of all of them.
- Ensure the Danone’s market success in Belgium by serving as a marketing driver


- An up to date knowledge of the Retail environment in Belgium.
- A demonstrable experience in selling and negotiating with main stakeholders.
- A bilingual who can communicate in Dutch or English with an excellent understanding of English language.
- Ability to develop and implement a strong business plan as a member of Danone’s commercial team.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with an excellent skill in managing P&L.
- Must be able to manage people and lead as an inspirational leader.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to people at adifferent stage within the company or outside.
