About the Job:

We seek a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for marketing, advertising, publicising and promoting events for the assigned based on already set guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assisting in executing all advertisement, public relations and promotional events and strategies for the assigned brand(s).
- Assisting in the development of the material and script as well as overseeing the production of all that needed to bring about the discharge of duties.
- Using various materials which include cameras, audio-visual equipment, video cassette, audio cassette recorders and other production equipment for the purpose of discharging the duties assigned.
- Researching and sharing news releases with the Manager.
- Researching materials for company officials as well as writing draft speeches and position papers on selected topics for them.
- Identifying potential public relations problems as well as advising the company officials of appropriate preventive actions.
- Ensuring the coordination of ceremonies, press conferences, and other events or special projects
- Assisting in the implementation of events calendar for positive brand building through promotional activities.
- Managing customer database as well as partnering with manager for the purpose of developing seasonal marketing and PR strategies

Qualifications:

- A tertiary qualification is required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in Marketing or PR is of the essence.
