About the job:

We seek an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing plan and activities for the hotel to increase the awareness of the brand, communicate promotions to all the relevant markets and address hotel business needs. Main responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager is to perform, specifically, to the highest standards the following tasks:
- Leading the marketing function on property
- Developing and implementing annually a bespoke marketing plan by segment and outlets according to the requirements of the budget to ensure the objectives of the hotel are met including its revenue and non-revenue targets
- Ensuring the effective positioning of the hotel’s market and focusing on driving the awareness of the brand and its overall performance
- Driving proactively and identifying new market initiatives to remain ahead of the evolving market trends
- Managing and implementing the marketing initiatives independently and ensuring, at the same time, all activities align with the regional and global activities
- Having full awareness of Hilton Worldwide’s global story with brand and corporate key messages which must from a backdrop of all communication
- Implementing strategies on the social media
- Communicating the amenities and benefits of the hotel to target markets effectively, including the hotel refurbishments, food and beverage positions, conference, banqueting, and events
- Working with the local third party partners including the local media, and maintaining professional working relationships with local official bodies

- Working closely across every department of the hotel seeking opportunities that are proactive and planned promotions required to address specific business challenges
- Managing and promoting the hotel on the websites of Hilton Worldwide
- Marketing and controlling the marketing budgets by using the available resources effectively
- Developing and owning promotional activities, marketing channels and the production of marketing materials for specific events
- Implementing PR campaigns to celebrate the success and awards, and to promote products
- Responding to media inquiries when approached for comments and reports
- Researching and developing, within the key markets, new opportunities
- Communicating with internal Event Managers on every aspect of organizing specific events and promoting it
- Producing monthly reports as needed


A candidate for this role must possess the following requirements
- Ability to work on behalf of guests and with other team members
- Experience of marketing in the hotel industry
- Analytical skills in understand the key business indicators and the competitive trends, and developing approaches to meet these challenges
- Experience of developing, creating, and managing promotional campaigns and marketing activities with the associated costs and working to budget restraints
- Experience in developing and implementing effective and realistic marketing plans and strategies is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure at any time
- A good knowledge of computer design or graphics software and an acceptable level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and budget and project management
- A level of previous experience in a communications role of written works
- A valid Degree in marketing, business development or any other related business field
- Excellent English communication skills including writing, listening, and oral skills
- Ability to communicate key information effectively to any level of management by using different communication tools, and possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to judge excellently, manage time efficiently, and make decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly and relating to marketing world easily
