Currently we are searching for
a MARKETING MANAGER based in Siem Reap office.
Benefits: Social insurance allowance, lunch, health check and bonus.
Working hours: 8.30-12.00/1.30-5.30, Monday to Friday
Job requirement:
Experience in general marketing, communication and tourism
Excellent verbal and written skills in English – To be native English speaker would be a plus
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
Photography + Videography skills are a plus
Management and organization skills, detail- and target oriented
Good leadership skills
Good knowledge of Cambodia (or Southeast Asia) as a touristic destination
Responsiveness, curiosity, open-mindedness, creativity, service-minded, Adaptability to different cultures, High rigorousness and perfectionism
Job Description:
The Marketing manager is responsible for the internal and external communication of Easia Travel Cambodia. He/She will work closely with the Head of Marketing in Hanoi and the other Marketing Managers in Vietnam, Thailand, Laos and Myanmar to establish a consistent communication throughout our different online channels and establish Easia Travel’s brand image within the market. He/She will develop partnerships with individuals, suppliers & NGOs & work closely with the Production Team to support with the documentation & communication of the production. The Marketing Manager will conduct online- as well as face-to-face trainings to clients &Easia staff.
Strategy:
- Analysis & recommendations (study ROI of all tools and actions)
External communication :
- Manage our B2B website for the destination (write/update factsheets in collaboration with our production team)
- Write news for the destination
- Suggest articles for social networks
- Assist Hanoi Office to suggest topics for social media / blog / newsletter / emailing
- Suggest and manage Marketing projects & campaigns
- Build strategic relationships with key partners
Internal Communication
- Collect & share information (best practices, destination news…)
- Assist Country Manager to improve communication with other departments
- Organise internal trainings
Competition benchmarking (collect info, update CRM)
Production
- Collaborate with Product Manager to launch New Products
- Work on internal products trainings
- Create and organise presentations (PPT) & Webinars
Media Library :
- Update database for the destination (photo & Video)
Marketing materials (Business cards, uniforms, traveller gifts, maps…)
