As the Operations Manager, you are required to provide responsible and skilled leadership in directing all facets of retail operations in the region/area. You will also assist the stores in the region/area to achieve budgeted revenues & profit goals, monitoring expenses and other retail performance criteria. You will also guide the stores to provide customers with the highest level of service whilst implementing & monitoring appropriate actions to achieve retail performance goals in different areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• To provide leadership in the retail operations in the region/area
• Optimize the sales, profits & other retail performance criteria
• Support store openings or renovations
• Ensure that retail standards are maintained throughout
• Achieve high service standards
• Maintain inventory integrity
• Provide people leadership
• Improve staff morale leading to positive and dynamic working attitude
• Lead employee engagement activities across stores in the region/area
• Maintain general and acceptable staff working conditions
• Support store PIC, Brand / Area Manager on staff related issues Discipline, work performance, sales
• Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the Code of Business Conduct

Qualification:
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field coupled with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in store operations. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, highly organized with strong attention to detail, with the ability to work cross functionally. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude, plenty of flexibility, and service focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The desired candidate must be willing to be based in Genting.
