This position, based in Milan is responsible for the development of the channel market and will manage existing partners as well as recruit and develop new partners to ensure revenue growth in the region.
Manage and develop executive level relationships with different channel partners in Italy including distributors, resellers, LARs etc.
Recruit, train and develop new partners within the territory
Develop strategies for market differentiation, market penetration, and revenue/margin growth with our partners
Generate leads for Acronis products to significantly contribute to the sales pipeline
Develop and implement alliance marketing programs to support key alliances in Italy
Implement our global campaigns within the region
Develop and implement alliance marketing programs to support key alliances in the territory
Graduate Degree and/or equivalent industry experience
You have held a Channel sales and marketing position within a leading software vendor, with a minimum of 5+ years sales and marketing & management experience in the software industry.
Experience in selling Cloud services is also very appreciated.
You are well networked in the IT industry especially with resellers in Italy
In depth channel and field sales experience
In depth knowledge of the channel market, VARs, Systems Integrators across the region
Knowledge of MSP channel is considered a plus
Experience in effective marketing programs to support partner enablement and drive channel revenue
Have first class presentation, communication and planning skills
Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success
Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment
