Our company seeks an experienced and professional product manager who is going to be responsible for the requirements articulation, specifications, aggregation, prioritization, execution, implementation and user flow. Moreover, the right candidate will be responsible for the possession of a strong product management background and the demonstrated experience in leading medium to large cross are cross-functional technology projects.The right candidate must have the ability to thrive well in a highly paced working environment without any ambiguity or competing priorities. Moreover, the position will interact with several spectra of stakeholders with no exclusion to varying levels, developers, designers, business leaders and architects among others.

Main responsibilities:

-Managing the product development cycle to develop new platforms and ensure the enhancement and extensibility of existing platform capabilities and services.
-Bringing about strong partnerships with platform sponsors, designers and developers for the purpose of defining feature sets, features, story maps, detailed user stories and other requirement artifacts to support the development process.
-Working closely with the PMs and Scrum teams for the purpose of communicating requirements to the Scrum development teams for execution and implementation
-Partnering with the leadership of the technology team to help in the definition of the platform roadmap priorities.
-Ensuring that all plans remain aligned with the broader digital and mobile Products strategy and priorities

Requirements:

-A university degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
-At least four years experience in similar capacity.
Ability to make use of web services, transaction workflow modeling and be familiar with Azure, OmniGraffle to draw process flows and user stories
-Excellent verbal and written communication skill coupled with the ability to master new systems quickly and the ability to position yourself to mentor and lead.
-A thorough understanding of complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority
-Excellent knowledge in Payments and Mobile apps development coupled with a well versed in APIS Rest, software technologies, user interface technologies (the web, mobile, rich client)
