We seek a Project Financial Analyst that will work as the Financial Analyst for our Business Unit Controllers and Associate Director Finance. The qualified individual must be able to prepare, reconcile, report, analyze Business Units revenue, projects, contracts and associated metrics. Moreover, the right person will be responsible for other business analyses and finances, interpretation and the investigation for operations for all assigned projects and contracts. Moreover, the person will be responsible for the accuracy and the preparation of all reporting activities in the established timelines.
-Serving as support for Business Unit by:
•Recording revenue on a monthly basis for the unit, fixed price contracts and service fee.
•Loading project budgets into Revenue or Oracle Wizard as well as maintainingthekey member lists and other project data in associated systems and Oracles Schedules.
•Drafting project level actual versus the forecasts or budget analysis on a monthly basis with no exception of the monthly reports which is meant to analyze the monthly result.
•Drafting the monthly forecast of financial results and ensuring the meeting of the established deadlines for both Backlog and Revenue Submittals.
•Providing the timely preparation of project close out reconciliations as well as reviewing executed work orders with assistance for a bonus or other anomalies.
-Working closely with Business Controler with the aim of:
•Capturing, assessing and consolidating the update of predefined projects and results.
•Drafting key reports like Annual Cost and Expense Budgets, cost rates, cost expense and forecast, headcount, monthly utilization, revenue backlog analysis and gross profit accounting for assigned areas.
-Going to project meetings as when applicable for the purpose of supporting the assigned areas.
-Attending all the project kick-off meetings to ensure the capture and process of relevant data for setting up newly awarded projects into the financial systems and schedules.
-Going for monthly Project Review meetings for the purpose of understanding the occurrence of project status, and the accuracy of the forecast.
-Monitoring the assigned projects with no exception to revenues, gross profits, unbilled amounts, receivables, project close-outs, and reconciliations.
-Doing other related works as may be assigned but minimum travel may be required.
-A university degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or its equivalenteducation and experience.
-Pharmaceutical or CRO experience is highly preferred while strong proficiency in English is a necessity.
-Microsoft Offices Suite is essential as Proficiency in Accounting Softwares including Oracle fiance is Preferred.
-Ability to pay great attention to details, coupled with interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills.
-Communication, motivational and financial skills coupled with the ability to work with confidential and highly sensitive data.
-Ability to work simultaneously to meet deadlines is highly necessary.
