Description

You are responsible to enable tools and support required to optimize the promotion performance to support growth via improving conversion and customer acquisition. You will also help Traveloka's growth through identifying, developing and nurturing partnerships with relevant external parties that can help our brand awareness, customer reach and acquisition. As a Partnership Manager, we expect you to be the representative of Traveloka's voice when dealing with third parties.

A - Promotion

Develop and execute strategic partnership and promotion for business growth in a country;
Analyze promotion performance and optimize it;
Ensure tools and support needed for promotion activities are provided;
Identify and define media communication used for promotion reach;
Ensure promotion's media communication are executed excellently;
Liaise with various stakeholders in the campaign delivery.

B – Partnership

Develop and manage relationship with airlines, wholesellers and other flight stakeholders to ensure our pricing and inventory competitiveness as well as commission are favorable;
Identify key potential partners for joint promotion;
Develop and manage relationship with external parties for delivering joint promo and fuel growth;
Negotiate for exclusive deals with suppliers, esp. for flights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from Top Universities in a quantitative field or Economics, Finance and Business;
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and can influence people at the right level;
Analytical, data-driven, reliable and results-oriented;
3+ years of relevant work experience;
Preferably familiar with consumer web domain and internet business;
Successful track-record of managing a pipeline of partnership opportunities from origination to its closure;
Knows the regulation and local play on partnership;
Proven track record in driving a successful and impactful strategic partnership;
Having an insider knowledge of travel suppliers mechanics/ environment is a plus;
A negotiator trait.
